脾细胞实验
实验方案：
1) 取老鼠脾脏；
2) 研磨裂解红细胞后收集脾细胞；
3) 取96孔板，每孔铺5 x 105个细胞；
4) 待测化合物预处理半小时后加入LPS，37℃培养24小时；
5) 收集细胞上清检测TNF-a等细胞因子

Brief protocol of splenocyte assay:
1) Rats are euthanized and the spleens were removed under sterile conditions;
2) After thoroughly grinded, collect cells by centrifugation;
3) Counted and plated at 5 x 105 per well (96-wells plate);
4) Incubate cells with compound for 30 minutes then add LPS 200ng/ml for 24h at 37℃ and 5% CO2;
5) Collect supernatant and froze it in -80℃ until TNF-a is analyzed by ELISA
