外周血单核细胞实验
实验方案：
1) 取人外周血，用Ficoll法分离外周血单核细胞；
2) 将1×105细胞铺到24孔板上， 加入待测化合物半小时；
3) 0.5ng/ml LPS刺激过夜
4) 收集上清检测IL-8等细胞因子；
5) 细胞因子检测参照ELISA试剂盒操作手册。
Brief protocol of Human PBMC assay
1) Preparation of PBMC (Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells) with Ficoll
2) Plant 1×105 cells /ml/ well into 24-well plates and incubated with CPD for 0.5h
3) Activation with 0.5ng/ml LPS, stimulate overnight
4) Collect supernatant and preparation for IL-8 ELISA
5) Follow the description of ELISA kit.
